Each person takes approximately 45–60 seconds from the moment they step in to receiving their portrait via QR code. This includes the capture, professional retouching, and delivery. For a team of 35, expect to be done in under 90 minutes.
Yes. All three signature styles are available to every guest at no additional charge. They choose on-site and can even get one portrait in each style if time permits.
After the shot is processed, a QR code is displayed on the station screen. The guest scans it with their phone camera and instantly downloads a full-resolution JPEG — no app required, no email wait, no login.
Every portrait is delivered at full DSLR resolution — typically 24–30 megapixels. This is print-ready quality, suitable for large-format posters, website headers, and executive profile pages — not just LinkedIn thumbnails.
The station requires approximately a 10×10 ft footprint, plus a small queue area. We've set up in lobbies, conference rooms, ballrooms, and outdoor courtyards. We handle all setup and breakdown — no venue prep needed from your team.
